Could you have a proper wild west without horses and cattle? Of course not. There could be none, though, without the kind hearts of people who take care of these animals. Get involved in an authentic western experience on a ranch you will definitely remember. You will spend it all in paradise, the Slovak Paradise.

Day 1 At the Ranch under Ostrá Skala, have your breath taken away by the majestic nature all around. Your trip will begin in the National Park which bears the distinctive name Slovak Paradise. The ranch is decorated in a western style and its cozy rooms provide the necessary comfort for couples on a romantic weekend getaway or large families with little children alike. And what would a western be like without cattle and horses?! You, too, can become a cattleman or a cowboy. You can engage in daily duties at a real ranch. Under the supervision of an experienced instructor, you will enjoy the surrounding nature from the saddle - with the wind in your hair. The local cuisine offers a variety of seasonal specialties, and you can end the evening in the company of great people by the campfire.

Day 2: After a homemade breakfast on the terrace, you can saddle your steed again and ride. You will learn to saddle and comb a horse, as well as, yes, shovel manure. The devotion of this beautiful creature will be your reward. A hearty lunch will prepare you for a journey underground - to the unique Dobšinská Ice Cave, part of the UNESCO list of natural heritage. Several meters below ground, you will find yourself surrounded by ice, which is guaranteed to cool you down even during hot summer days.
