A pattern was applied in the strictly defined places: around the neck, on the chest, on the ‘hem’ (at the bottom). A shirt consists of six quadrangles of different sizes, forming a golden proportion. These quadrangles are connected by crosses embroidered with black threads, so that outside energy cannot penetrate through the seams to the human body, because with its energy the cross dissects negative energy and the black colour absorbs it. Get yourself such a shirt or learn how to embroider yourself. Find out the connection between ancient embroidery and the tradition of gathering herbs.
