  • DAY 1. A Special Tea Party
Arrival at Borysivka from Kolomyia or Kosiv by own transport. Checking-in at the guesthouse of Mykola Stovpiuk. Homemade products grown by the dynamic farming method for dinner. An acorn tea party.
  • DAY 2. Lay Out Your Garden
Homemade products for breakfast. Get the necessary equipment for a master class on laying out a biodynamic garden. Master the skill of grafting a garden with authentic grafts. In summer you can replant wild-growing fruit trees (rowan, blackthorn, dogwood) and others, in autumn you will learn how to lay out grafted authentic gardens by the methods of biodynamic agriculture. Find out why as many plant species as possible should grow in the garden, including the so-called weeds, which harmoniously combine with cultivated plants in the plant community. Learn how to build a hedge for the garden. Hearty lunch. You can have a nap in hammocks in the garden. After lunch, put on clothes made of natural fabrics and, following the herbalists’ recommendations, go to the ‘Polonynskyi monastyr’ to gather herbs. Spread the grasses to dry on the roof. This night you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep, like at a hay barrack. Try to listen to the hosts’ advice – take a break from gadgets and smartphones. Immerse yourself in meditation, a sense of space, peace, through connection with nature. Learn about the influence of trees on a human body during the host’s interpretive excursion. For example, oaks add strength, birches take away diseases, larches are the first helper in nervous disorders, apple trees help fight depression. Lie in the grass, enriching your vacation with a new experience – understanding the principles of treatment by trees. Free time.

  • DAY 3. The Recipe for Longevity
Morning awakening. Washing with spring water. Breakfast for a variety of tastes: from greens and cheese with spices for vegetarians, delicious free-range eggs, butter and homemade boiled pork for meat eaters. After breakfast there will be degustation and blending of medicinal plants that you have gathered: creating a composition of medicinal plants in the degustation room, combining flavours and properties, degustating them. Make yourself a gift – pack healing tea in the pre-prepared linen bags from the hosts. Local products for lunch. You can get recipes for the dishes you liked. Checking-out and departure.
