‘Unique’ is the word that best describes the schedule that awaits you in Tokaj. You will have the opportunity to see the entire process of winemaking - all the way to tasting. The winemaker Matúš Vdovjak, who follows in the footsteps of his family’s winemaking tradition, will prove to you the good reputation of the Tokaj region.

Day 1 Tokaj is a unique place where great wine is born. This time you are going to visit the village of Veľká Třňa, where winemaker Matúš Vdovjak and his family will introduce you to the art and craft of winemaking. Depending on the season, you will try different types of work around the vineyard. Surrounded by extensive green vineyards, you will also enjoy a homemade lunch that will give you a boost before going back to work. Later, together with the winemaker, you will head to his tuff wine cellar, where he will present his collection of quality Tokaj wines. Dinner will of course be served in a traditional homely style, accompanied by wine, and it will pleasantly relax you and put you to sleep in cozy attic rooms.

Day 2 The second day is again dedicated to discovering the smallest wine-growing area in Slovakia. Tokaj is the right place to wander and soak up the winemaking atmosphere and it will remain etched into your memory together with the local people.
